Pete is a stunning fellow! He is a 6th generation (purebred) buck, who brings in some new genetics to Storybook Farm while keeping some common genetics within our herd, such as Bunny (his grand dam, who is also related to Twyla and Rigel). As an added bonus, Pete is also “polled” so we are very excited to add the polled genetics to our herd. Pete comes to us from Hurlburt Farms, and we are very excited because we expect Pete to stamp his mark quite clearly in our herd. In 2020, 2 does were bred to Pete: Dorothy and Giselle. Of the six kids born, three were polled. We retained the three doelings, two of whom were polled.
